Stess, everyones worse enemy. Managing your stress is very difficult if you have any responsibilities whatsoever. For example, single mothers stress about making there is food on the table for her children to eat and her as well, that her children are being taken care of properly. There's stress with meeting deadlines for work, there's stress to complete your work. There's stress in just trying to manage your stress!

Stress can cause health problems that will affect your life and those around you. Stress can lead to heart attacks, insomnia, fainitng, and many more. You will have stress no matter what, unless you have no care in the world, you just can't have to much of it.

It's because were caffeine addicts because we have no sleep.
